Ingredients:

1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 packet of tea biscuits
1 dessert black chocolate chip
25g of melted butter

Preparation:

Crush the biscuits in pieces, put aside. Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave. Mix the chocolate and butter well and add the condensed milk while stirring well, then put the biscuit crumbs still stirring well. When everything is well coated, spread cellophane on a plate, pour the mixture and put in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Yum, yum!

I think this technique is no longer relevant, there are newer methods.
