Hello, I would like to share a recipe that I do very often for my 2 year old son who is allergic to milk and therefore can not eat any traditional pastry. They are very easy and quick to make, a young child can easily participate in this recipe!

  • - orange juice (or other fruit): 180 ml
  • - neutral oil (rapeseed, sunflower): 180 ml
  • - 2 whole eggs
  • - 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • - 400 gr of flour
  • - 250 gr of powdered sugar
  • - Between 150 and 300 gr of dark chocolate chips, or candied fruit, small pieces of fresh fruit, in short everything you can imagine ...

In a bowl, mix the liquid ingredients (juice, egg, oil) roughly In another bowl, roughly mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, yeast), dig one and then pour the liquid in one go. Mix roughly (the orange juice makes no lumps) Then add the filling of your choice and mix again. Fill small molds to 2/3 Cook about 20 min th 6 (adjust according to the size of your molds) Here are plenty of pretty little muffins that we never get tired thanks to all possible variants (cinnamon + small pieces of apple, raisins + dried fruit, chocolate chips + banana juice, lemon zest + poppy seeds ...)
