This is a very original dessert recipe for your toddler from 12 months ... and also for the older ones who will love the sweet taste of these muffins.


  • For 8 muffins:
  • 300 g of pumpkin
  • 120 g of flour
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 1 half-packet of yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 10 cl of milk
  • 50 g of butter
  • 60 g of nuts
  • ¼ of c. cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg powder.


Preheat the oven to 180 ° (tea 6). Peel the pumpkin and cut it into cubes. Cook for 15 minutes in boiling water, drain, mix. In a salad bowl, mix the flour, sugar, yeast and spices. Mix the beaten egg, the milk and the melted butter, pour into the salad bowl, mix. Add pumpkin puree and chopped walnuts. Pour into the molds and bake for 25 minutes.
