A small fresh moss fresh full of pretty colors ... it opens the appetite!


  • For 4 people :
  • 300 g of white cheese at 0%
  • 125 g whipping cream
  • 2 sheets of gelatin
  • 4 c. tablespoon caster sugar
  • crystallized flowers and assorted syrups: violet, rose ...


Soak the gelatin sheets in water.
Heat 2 tbsp. cream and add the drained gelatin leaves.
Add the remaining sugar cream and whip.
Add the cottage cheese then the cream and gelatin mixture. Mix well.
Crush a handful of crystallized flowers and add them to the preparation.
Pour in four glasses and chill for at least 2 hours.
When serving, sprinkle with syrup and sprinkle with some flowers.
