To face the bad weather, here is a sweet sweater. Presented in the October 2009 issue of, it is knitted in 2/2 rib and fancy stitch. It is matched with a jersey beanie.

Sizes

4 (6-8) years old.

Supplies

Phildar knitting yarn, quality "Frost" (50% wool, 20% alpaca, 20% polyamide, 10% acrylic): 6 (7 - 8) pel. collar. Chataigne.Aig. No. 2,5, No. 3, No. 3,5, No. 4, No. 4,5 and No. 5.

Points used

Ribs 2/2: * 2 m. end., 2 m. approx. * Fantasy point: 1st rg: * 5 m. end., 2 m. approx. * Term. by 2 m. approx. 2 rd: approx. Always repeat these 2 rows.

Mounting

Sew the shoulders.

Coll: record 92 (100 - 108) sts. on the vertical edges of the neckline in front and on the neckline back, aig. No. 2.5 (easier to work with a 2-pointed needle set).
